This year’s 836 warm-up kit was created to shine a light on an important cause: No child should be left on the sidelines in Tromsø.
The number 836 represents the 836 children in Tromsø who are growing up in families with persistently low incomes. These are children who often have to say no to leisure activities, sports, and social opportunities because of their family’s financial situation.
Through the partnership between Tromsø Idrettslag and Redd Barna, we aim to raise awareness about every child’s right to participate in leisure activities and help ensure that more children have the opportunity to be active, experience achievement, and feel a sense of belonging.
When you purchase this year’s 836 Warm-Up kit, you are supporting the effort to ensure that every child in Tromsø has the opportunity to take part.
In addition, TIL Shop donates NOK 100 from every kit sold to charitable initiatives supporting children in Tromsø.
